By creating an account or using Socialio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your organization members.
Acceptable use
You may not use Socialio to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, harass others, attempt to bypass security controls, or abuse AI generation quotas.
AI outputs

Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Komyosys and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Socialio. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred euros (€100), or if paid features are offered, the amounts paid for those features in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using Socialio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, pose a security risk, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and governing law) remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Cyprus shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
