What we collect

We collect account information (email, display name), workspace content you create (reel scripts, knowledge base entries, chat history, marketing plans), and basic usage metadata needed to operate the service (such as request timestamps for rate limiting and audit logs where enabled).

How we use data

Your content is used to generate reel production packages, personalize organization knowledge retrieval, and provide collaboration features for your team. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

When enabled, prompts and retrieved context may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) to generate outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share.

Data retention

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account or organization is active. You can delete individual chats, knowledge items, and productions from the app. Organization owners may delete a workspace and its associated data. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security and billing records.

Subprocessors

We use trusted providers to run Socialio. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service:

• Supabase — authentication and PostgreSQL database.
• Cloudflare R2 — chat attachments and creative reference file storage.
• Google Gemini — AI text generation when enabled.
• Cloudflare — application hosting, CDN, and edge rate limiting.
• Sentry — error monitoring and performance diagnostics.
• Resend — transactional email (organization invites and notifications).

International transfers

Socialio is operated from the European Union. Your data may be processed in the EU, United States, or other regions where our subprocessors maintain infrastructure. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms approved under applicable data-protection law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. EU/EEA users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below or use in-app deletion tools where available.
